This is an extremely worrying time for everyone and the health and well-being of our customers and staff is very important to us. We want to reassure all our customers that we are doing all we can to minimise risk and disruption.

To help combat the spread of COVID-19, we have been putting precautionary safety measures in place, including:

  • Educating our staff on prevention
  • Emphasizing frequent and proper hand washing
  • We have equipped our premises and all vehicles with sanitisers and are continuing to undertake additional cleaning procedures.

All customer facing staff are ensuring they use sanitisers before and after their visit to our customers and we would ask all customers to ensure that they are doing the same. If anybody in your household has symptoms or is self-isolating please ensure that we are informed so that we can take extra precautions and/or take consideration as to whether it is sensible to continue.

We are monitoring official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England carefully and will continue to update our website and social media as required.
